Cielito Lindo Mexican Grill in Pigeon Forge

Not good at all total different way to serve food I order a pic up order and they forget one plate for my daughter, traffic just to go back to the place was very bad, tacos very plain I ask cilantro y carolla and they didn't put nothing on just a plate with beans and rice on the side. I call and complain and they just said it was no reazon to complaint about it.

Wonderful real Mexican experience. Friendly staff. And the awesome Gatlinburg guy even bought our dinner!! Amazing . Be sure to visit Cielito Lindo

Good food and nice ambiance. Huge portions which were very tasty. Staff was knowledgeable about menu items and gave good suggestions. Service was also fast.

Waitress was very unfriendly. Tables and menus felt grimy and dirty, over-all feel of the place was filthy. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. Beef was very chewy and inedible. Will not be returning to eat here.

Great food! We went on a Saturday kinda early, and after we got our food it got really busy. We didn't have a problem with any of the service or food, and my fajitas tasted very fresh. Plus, there's a small Mexican store right next door with a selection of groceries (including meat and veggies).

Dont let the outside turn you away. The food was good. The salsa was just ok but we had cheese dip and it was good. Wish I would have gotten guacamole bc when it passed by our table it looked good.

Food was good, bathrooms were very dirty, they did take off the tacos from the bill because the kids didnt like them and they forgot one of the items we ordered

Absolutely awesome! From the moment we pulled up it looked great! Small, perfect location, super attentive staff and the food was Amazing! Best salsa around I would say! The greeter was a nice young man who seemed to fumble around our daughter! It was super cute! We will definately be back next time!

The food had very little flavor . Portion sizes very small and price was high . Have been here previously but would not go back . I let them know that we had previously been here a year ago and it was good but this trip was a very major disappointment. The server was very kind and I left him a good tip even though food was terrible.

Prices were great especially at lunch. Queso and salsa were average, food was pretty good.. the chips were very fresh although I think they needed to change the oil since it had a slight aftertaste. Wait staff was pleasant

Do not eat here!! Very disappointed. The texture of the beef was mushy and we are still trying to figure out what it tasted like...definitely not beef. Makes use appreciate our Mexican restaurant at home so much more. The best part of eating here was the sweet tea. Waste of money.

This is a fantastic Mexican restaurant that you can easily miss with all the traffic on the road. It is a place where the locals like to eat true authentic Mexican food. This is my second time here and it has been fantastic both times. I took a picture of what I ate with the menu description, I recommended that you try it. As far as the atmosphere it was quo’s and clean. The staff was polite and attentive. If you are looking for a non tourist type of place to eat... this is it.

Food was great and menu had a lot of options. Margaritas were good but, needed a little more tequila. Service was mediocre at best. No extra napkins for a table with 3 kids and a toddler. I didnt get a menu (nor did the baby obviously) and we were short a set of silverware. We was not checked on as I had to keep going to the front or waving down passing waiters.

My enchiladas were pretty bland and boring, the fried icecream was not actually fried, just icecream covered in cornflakes. My girlfriend got a mixed grill thing with steak,, chicken,, and shrimp which was really good though.The staff was really friendly, portions were good and it was very inexpensive. Im sure any of their grilled stuff is good but would not recommend the enchiladas.

The food is really good 👌 and the service is ok.

The food was hot and good. But the wait to get it was a little long. But like I said, at least the food was good. The kids burrito my son got was big enough to share! And both of my kids devoured the cheese dip. And you can't beat the lunch prices! Very reasonable for the amount of food!

What happened to this place? We always eat here when in town and have always enjoyed the food and margaritas. I wasn’t able to get a frozen margarita; the blender was broke. Our food was very bland and watery. The serving of refried beans and rice was literally a large spoonful that was spread out on the plate to appear large. We always knew this place was a hole in the wall and disregarded it because we enjoyed our meal. The floors and tables are sticky and disgusting. We won’t return.

Awesome food friendly staff and very good prices! Also have a salsa bar with fresh salsa! Highly recommend

I found the food to be very delectable. The service was acceptable. The Sprite was out of this world. The Shadow was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on the restaurant through writing a review; he’s a negative Ned. Robert Owens doesn’t even like Mexican so he ate pizza. Melissa Owens felt that she had to go along with Negative Ned and be a Negative Nancy. They each think they are the next Gordon Ramsays, which is certainly not the case.

Service sucked. Refills were slow. I couldn’t eat my food, it was so awful. Would never recommend to anybody.

Words fail to describe about this authentic Mexican restaurant. Our server was very attentive and offer a huge array of dishes to choose from. Try the dip it's amazing to nacho chips. Large portions and have deep fried ice-cream. 🍦 🎂

Crowded. Staff kind of stiff. Food was rough. Maybe I'm spoiled because our Mexican restaurants in Ohio are a lot better and more upscale. Steak fajitas was tough, I couldn't eat it. Chicken not too bad, but I've had a lot better. First time and last time I'll eat there. Too many good places in the area to waste a meal here. How in the world this place got a lot of likes is seriously beyond me. Maybe it was just an off day.The Diet Coke was good.

Well worth it. Our first time eating there and loved it. Will be back again when we come and visit again

Staff was friendly, food was mediocre. It was not authentic tasting (I.e. did not taste like it was made in-house).

Relatively empty parking lot when all other restaurants nearby were packed should've been cue to move on. The call of chips and salsa though were too strong to ignore so we obliged.We were seated quickly but sat about 5 minutes before our waiter took our drink orders. Chips and salsa were brought to the table around the same time as well. Salsa was very thin and watery. Chips were decent. Our food was okay too and nothing out of the ordinary.A "meh" visit that checked the box. Dinner for 4 with tip ran us about $50.

This place is definitely understand. Food is delicious and the service was great. Everyone was friendly. Refreshing and relaxing experience!

The idea that the restaurant serves Mexican food is an insult to my Mexican friends and family. The beans appeared to come out of a can, rice wasn't fresh, meat had so much fat, salsa tasted awful, and margaritas didn't have any alcohol. Lastly, I asked the manager where in Mexico the food resembles and they said Jalisco - I've been to Jalisco and they wouldn't touch this food with a six foot pole. STAY AWAY!

Food was good but this place could use some serious cleaning thick dust on window blinds and they had no sweet tea and was out of 3 different beers I ask for

So where to begin with this place? Our server was unpleasant(Amanda C.) and wouldn't let us finish our sentences before she said something. The server couldn't even remember if our food had come out or not(it hadn't) when it finally arrived then order was wrong. We got burrito instead of a taco. The tamale was beef instead of chicken. And the beef used for the order was cold, under seasoned and gritty as if it had been reheated numerous times. All in all a poor experience and I regret having to pay or leave a tip for lackluster mediocre service and food. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Horrible service!!! Waited for table almost an hour after being told only 15 minutes. Waitress walked off while you tried to tell her what you wanted or needed. The chicken had a strange flavor and I've eaten at many Mexican restaurants but this was my worst experience from Cali to Pennsylvania!!!!

Wonderful people wonderful food we’re on vacation and I’m wishing we had one in Indiana very good food I will be planning on coming back

Terrible food and service. The shrimp cocktail was made out of water down ketchup and was all sweet! Tacos were horrible, chewy meat and no salsas etc. I can’t recommend this to anyone!

food wasnt the greatest. my sister's soup tasted like rotten eggs and although the people were nice, they seemed unprepared and unprofessional. my mom also had a problem. a lady told her the plate was slightly hot even though she had mittens on and my mom grabbed it and burned her hand. i would've preferred for the lady to set it down in front of her. the only thing i thought was good about the place was the music they played and the nice people.

The place looks very nice inside ... I loved their chairs. Food was good. The drinks were amazing. The service was kind of slow and we had to ask for extra napkins 4 times. Also it was a little bit dirty on the floor and the tables were sticky.

Food was outstanding, and the drinks were awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and did an very good job. I enjoyed this restaurant more than Dollywood.

The fajitas were awesome! Chips and salsa top notch also. Music was turned up too loud part of out meal, but overall good eating experience.
